The Learning Specialist is responsible for developing, implementing, and facilitating learning solutions as it relates to business as usual, M&A, new technology and, strategic and change initiatives. Provides necessary procedural, system, relationship deepening and soft skills training to new and existing associates. Offers on-going support and guidance in role-specific knowledge. Administers record keeping, tracking, and reporting of training activities through the LMS. Primary focus of role is supporting day-to-day operational execution. Partners with line of business leaders in subject matter expertise specific to Seacoast Bank policies and procedures including legal, regulatory and compliance matters.
