About The Position

Legrand has an exciting opportunity for a Learning Program Project Lead to join the LNA Corporate Team. This is a remote position reporting to West Hartford, CT. We are seeking a highly organized and collaborative individual to support the execution of training initiatives within our Talent Management and Development team. The Learning Program Project Lead plays a key role in implementing, executing, and evaluating the FLEx program, ensuring successful delivery and continuous improvement across all learning initiatives. Additionally, this individual will identify additional learning opportunities in areas such as Health & Safety, Continuous Improvement, and other business-critical capabilities. Acting as the operational lead for training programs, this individual manages the end-to-end program life cycle — from planning and design through delivery, evaluation, and continuous improvement. The Learning Program Project Lead partners closely with internal stakeholders, subject matter experts (SMEs), and external vendors to ensure high-quality, impactful learning experiences. In addition to supporting programs in the U.S., this role partners closely with teams in Mexico and Costa Rica to assist with the implementation and coordination of learning programs in those regions. The ideal candidate brings strong project management skills, operational expertise, and a passion for building engaging learning experiences. Experience with instructional design tools (such as Articulate or similar) and bilingual fluency in Spanish are a plus.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience in learning and development, training operations, or project management.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills across all levels of the organization.
  • Experience with learning management systems (LMS) and proficiency with Microsoft Office; familiarity with tools such as Articulate or other eLearning authoring platforms preferred.
  • Detail-oriented with strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.

Nice To Haves

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Education, Business Administration, or related field preferred.
  • Spanish-speaking preferred but not required.

Responsibilities

  • Learning Design & Alignment: Partner with HR to define clear learning objectives and outcomes for learning programs. Identify vendors with content that best aligns with program objectives. Collaborate with the Learning & Development (L&D) team to ensure content is aligned and relevant. Assist in creating or updating learning materials or communications using tools such as Articulate, PowerPoint, or Canva. Create post-session engagement materials, such as facilitation guides for in-person leader-led discussions to extend learning.
  • Program Coordination & Logistics: Organize and schedule learning sessions in collaboration with HR and vendor, including sessions across multiple shifts (e.g., nights and weekends). Confirm participant alignment to sessions and ensure facility readiness (e.g., login details, materials, virtual setup). Coordinate in-person sessions with local HR teams and determine whether nearby facilities can meet minimum session attendance requirements. Ensure seamless delivery of both virtual and in-person learning events through proactive planning and attention to detail. Maintain the master calendar of learning programs and coordinate timing with other enterprise initiatives.
  • Participant & Data Management: Collect and verify complete participant details, including contact information, manager, HR business partner, and cost center. Maintain an accurate and up-to-date master attendance list. Track attendance and follow up with the business to identify and account for any missing participants. Support the evaluation of program effectiveness through surveys, assessments, and analytics, providing insights for improvement.
  • Communications & Stakeholder Engagement: Send timely communications, including welcome messages, session details, and reminders to participants and their managers. Facilitate manager informational sessions to outline program expectations and benefits. Ensure managers and HR business partners are informed about which team members are scheduled to attend and how they can support learning.
  • Feedback & Continuous Improvement: Distribute post-session and post-program evaluations. Analyze feedback, identify trends, and provide insights and recommendations to the business. Host a lessons-learned session with HR business partners to capture opportunities for improvement and inform future training cycles. Stay current on learning trends, technologies, and best practices to bring innovative ideas into program execution.
