We are seeking a detail-oriented Learning Program Manager to design, coordinate, and implement learning solutions for Amazon's Kindle Direct Publishing Technical Services and Print on Demand Manufacturing teams. Supporting a diverse audience across publishing technology and print manufacturing operations, you will develop and improve learning strategies and curricula to yield improved time to proficiency and enhance learner experience. You will work on projects that utilize your expertise in adult learning theory and instructional technologies to enhance the performance of Amazonians. This role requires strong project management skills, excellent communication abilities, a technical aptitude, and a passion for learning and development across both technical and manufacturing environments.
