The Learning Program Manager- Field Support drives the strategy and execution of their assigned learning and development programs. This position reports to the VP of Talent Acquisition and Learning and Development. This role analyzes the customer/vertical strategy, the L&D Roadmap and gathers strategic input to analyze, design, and coordinate developmental programs. This position will align customer/vertical learning programs that could include: on-boarding, compliance training, learning paths, coaching, individualized development plans and other topics as needed.
