Learning Performance Specialist I Work Location: This is a remote position with onsite work at our McLean, VA office as needed. Creates and delivers educational and performance related solutions, events and programs aimed at developing skills, knowledge and experience that improve talent performance and results. Frequently works as a lead responsible for consulting, designing, developing, and implementing solutions in partnership with department leadership, resources and business teams.
