Intercom's Customer Education team is building the learning experiences that will enable our customers to transform themselves into AI-first companies. As Intercom's first Learning Multimedia Designer, you will be the visual storyteller for our customer education content. You will sit at the intersection of product and education, transforming technical concepts into engaging, high-quality video tutorials that help our customers master the Intercom platform and the underlying skills they need to achieve their desired outcomes. As the first of this type of role, you will have a unique opportunity to influence the style, process, and tech stack of our production process.
