As the Learning Manager you will serve as the primary architect of high-impact solutions, leveraging a deep mastery of operational and change management frameworks. You are someone who can seamlessly integrate plans into horizontal processes to support our learning ecosystem. Strategic, Consultative Learning Partner: Capable of managing complex prioritizations across L&D. You don't just deliver operational solutions; you evolve the interaction model between Learning and Operations to ensure every program is anchored in sound methodology and responsive to business demands. Whether acting as a high-level liaison or a direct people leader, you possess the professional maturity to lead, influence, and shape vision as L&D evolves. Experienced People Manager: Has a proven track record of leading and developing teams of professionals in the L&D space. Passionate about coaching and mentoring direct reports to build best-in-class learning delivery experiences, as well as fostering and contributing to an overarching culture of continuous improvement. Data-driven Problem Solver: Has high business acumen and learning agility. Uses feedback, data, industry trends, and insights to distill problem statements and drive decisions that align to our delivery operational needs. Can work backwards from business problems and performance goals to advance aligned and impactful learning solutions.
