About The Position

The Senior Learning Management System (LMS) Administrator at NetJets Services, Inc. is a critical technical role responsible for ensuring high-quality learning experiences for the global NetJets community. This position serves as the subject matter expert in learning and systems administration, focusing on various Talent Management platforms, including SuccessFactors Learning and others. The role involves product integration, administration of third-party content providers, and enhancing user experience through effective collaboration and strategic planning.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's in IT System Administration or Computer Science.
  • 4-6 years of experience managing vendors and handling learning and systems administration of a Learning Management System, including daily support (requiring SAP SuccessFactors Learning or other SAP talent management platforms).
  • Experience implementing learning, skill development, or talent management strategies for technology platforms.
  • Strong technical skills and proficiency in working with various talent management platforms.
  • Demonstrated ability to coordinate multiple projects and tasks.
  • Ability to multi-task and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment while consistently meeting deadlines with high quality work.
  • Ability to communicate issues and potential solutions and influence up and across the organization - partners, peers.
  • Ability to demonstrate critical thinking to support, troubleshoot and assess needs.
  • Ability to balance technical acumen, problem-solving abilities and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

  • Responsible for configuration and maintenance of the LMS to meet organizational needs and requirements.
  • Troubleshoots technical issues within the LMS and works to implement improvements.
  • Manages the integration of new technologies and features to enhance the overall user experience.
  • Communicates effectively with internal clients to ensure clear understanding of learning requirements and collaborates to pinpoint areas of improvement to create a strong user experience.
  • Strategizes with L&D Team to develop roadmap for user experience and implements to the roadmap.
  • Manages and collaborates on departmental projects that support the company's priorities and 20/20 Flight Plan.
  • Collaborates with HRIS, IT, and SAP to launch and integrate new Talent Management platforms according to the team's roadmap.
  • Works with HRIS to ensure our reporting tools are providing the right data to the correct individuals via SuccessFactors Stories.
