The LMS Administrator is responsible for day-to-day operations and maintenance of the Learning Management System and the overall deployment, tracking and retention of company-wide training courses and records. This role is pivotal to ensuring a seamless learning experience for employees by overseeing course deployment and tracking, user management, system configuration, project management, program coordination, and reporting.
