As a full- or part-time Learning Leader - Cosmetology Instructor at Paul Mitchell Schools, you start your day preparing engaging lessons that teach students the essentials of cosmetology. In the classroom, you lead students through hands-on exercises and provide personalized feedback to hone their skills. You prepare students for their state board examination, ensuring they gain the technical knowledge and professional skills needed to excel. Throughout the day, you foster a supportive and inclusive learning environment, answering questions and guiding students to reach their full potential. No experience is required for this exciting position!
Responsibilities
- Preparing engaging lessons that teach students the essentials of cosmetology
- Leading students through hands-on exercises and provide personalized feedback to hone their skills
- Preparing students for their state board examination
- Fostering a supportive and inclusive learning environment, answering questions and guiding students to reach their full potential
