As a trusted advisor, the Learning & Facilitation Specialist partners with key business stakeholders and leaders to ensure learning solutions directly enable strategic priorities, drive cultural transformation, and sustain measurable performance improvement across the organization. The Learning & Facilitation Specialist plays a critical role in designing and delivering impactful learning solutions and experiences that build workforce capability, foster leadership excellence and support organizational culture and performance. This role combines your expertise in facilitation, instructional design, stakeholder engagement and program governance with a strong grounding in HR ad leadership practices, to create learning solutions which create capability uplift and drive performance.
