About The Position
As the Learning Facilitation Manager, you will oversee the delivery of leadership and enterprise learning programs across IDEXX. You will lead a small team of internal and contract facilitators and work to build a pool of global resources to ensure high-quality content delivery. You will ensure that learning experiences are engaging and effective, aligning with organizational goals. The Talent Development organization within IDEXX is building a world class Talent Development function. You will be part of a growing team focused on delivering our employee value proposition through innovative training, development, and technology. We strive to make IDEXX a better company every day! This is a hybrid position with the expectation to be onsite at our headquarters at least 8-days a month in Westbrook, ME.
