About The Position
The Learning Experience Specialist at MarketSource is responsible for delivering exceptional customer service to both internal and external clients, as well as corporate and field employees. This role involves collaborating with the Learning & Development team and subject matter experts to design, develop, and implement effective training programs that enhance employee skills and knowledge. The specialist will facilitate both virtual and in-person training sessions, ensuring that employees are equipped to meet client deliverables effectively.
