As a Learning Experience Leader at TaskUs, you will create and maintain a positive and professional learning environment within the organization. Your primary focus will be on designing and expanding training and development programs that align with product-specific training methodologies and initiatives. You will set standards and expectations through your conduct, work ethic, integrity, and character. Your responsibilities will include creating and delivering training for end-users, partners, and distributors, as well as developing effective induction programs. You will also monitor and review trainees' progress, ensure compliance with statutory training requirements, and research new technologies and methodologies in workplace learning. Additionally, you will support the learning and development of Fleet Response Specialists.
