About The Position
In this role, you will lead the implementation and training of Trucordia's insurance office system suite, ensuring seamless adoption across internal teams and newly acquired offices. You will drive the successful rollout of Agency Management Software (Vertafore's AMS360 and BenefitPoint), our Broker CRM (Salesforce), and other integrated systems. Additionally, you will support key learning initiatives to enhance system proficiency and operational efficiency companywide.
