About The Position
The Learning Experience Designer will serve as a key member of the Learning and Training team by providing instructional and online learning design expertise for adult learners. They will use design thinking and data to create a positive and practical experience for Goddard's community of learners. The position will work with subject matter experts and the GSL Learning team to design and implement sustainable, scalable and innovative coursework and learning assets supporting all adult stakeholders. The work will include asynchronous, blended and synchronous environments to support outcomes-focused, interactive, engaging and measurable learning experiences.
