About The Position
The Learning Experience Designer at BTS Digital is responsible for crafting innovative and effective learning solutions that address business challenges. This role involves collaboration with the Principal Learning Strategist and the learning design team to create engaging digital learning experiences that are pedagogically sound. The designer will engage with clients, guide them through the project, and ensure that the solutions meet their needs while also supporting the production team in execution.
