The Learning Experience Design Manager is an enterprise-level learning leader responsible for designing, testing, and continuously improving how training is structured, delivered, and retained across 7 Leaves Café. This role owns the learning experience itself-ensuring training content, sequencing, and reinforcement drive consistency and reduce the need for retraining. This role partners as a peer to Corporate Training Managers and collaborates closely with Operations, R&D, and Brand to diagnose where training does not stick and to strengthen learning systems that scale with the business. While primarily office-based, this role maintains a field connection through observation and validation to ensure learning design aligns with operational reality.
