We’re looking for a Learning & Enablement Specialist who enjoys working directly with leaders to solve real business challenges. This role sits at the intersection of performance consulting, instructional design, and facilitation. You’ll partner with leaders across the organization to diagnose performance needs, design practical learning solutions, and facilitate engaging experiences that help teams apply new skills in real operational moments. Our Learning & Enablement team focuses not only on training, but on helping leaders build stronger teams, navigate change, and improve day-to-day performance. In this role, you’ll support manager development, team dynamics conversations, and leadership capability while helping translate business needs into meaningful learning and enablement solutions. We’re looking for someone who brings instructional design experience, a consultative mindset, a strong facilitation presence, and who is comfortable partnering with leaders at all levels of the organization.
