About The Position
The Learning and Development Training Manager (LDTM) at the Colorado Coalition for the Homeless is responsible for designing and implementing training initiatives that support the developmental needs of the organization. This role involves collaborating with the Learning and Development Director to enhance employee learning experiences, utilizing expert knowledge of Learning Management Systems (LMS), and ensuring the quality of training programs through feedback and reporting.
