About the position

As a Sr, Manager, you will lead the Learning & Development team specialized in providing development experience and opportunities to our members. You will be responsible for developing Learning Journeys of the members, developing contents and programs, and delivering programs to support development of new talents. You will coordinate and collaborate with counterparts in Jones Lang LaSalle (JLL) organization across and counterparts in other regions to export and import best practice and new initiatives. You will initiate cross-functional/network wide programs, engage and influence leadership and stakeholders, collaborate with JLL operations stakeholders to deliver the best development experience to the network.

Responsibilities

  • Lead a small team to manage day-to-day training and development or performance problems to resolution for a large organization
  • Coordinate with client and other third party providers to develop, implement and maintain learning programs and systems for safety and technical training programs.
  • Maintain and communicate standards, processes and templates for instructional design work and project plan tasks.
  • Participate in project development conversations to understand the complexity of the knowledge/skills/behaviors being developed.
  • Analyze performance data and present information to the client.
  • Work with the client, account team and other third party providers to collect and interpret data trends/patterns and develop predictive analyses.
  • Work with the Operations leadership and Finance team to coordinate portfolio wide training budget and reforecasting.
  • Monthly and quarterly KPI scoring data for each portfolio.
  • Manage Training Assignments in JLL and client Learning Management Systems.
  • Coordinate reporting and communication to field managers to ensure 100% compliance of safety training.

Requirements

  • 7 years of Training and Development, learning systems management, or technical instructional design experience
  • 3 years of program management or leadership experience
  • Successful development of large-scale learning programs including working with SMEs and leadership to achieve alignment on objectives, measurements of effectiveness and execution.
  • Proven experience in designing and developing adult learning programs using various instructional design models (e.g., ADDIE, SAM, etc.)
  • Analytical Skills: Ability to analyze business needs, assess learning gaps, and design solutions that drive organizational performance.
  • Experience owning strategy or initiatives from start to end, including communication with senior leadership

  • Instructional design for both e-learning and classroom/in-person training
  • E-learning and video software proficiency. Articulate Storyline or Adobe Captivate preferred
