Requirements

  • First level university degree.
  • Good facilitation, content design, writing and consulting skills.
  • Good business and planning acumen.
  • Good leadership, communication, change management, relationship management, and project management skills.
  • Ability to quickly understand new tools, technologies, and systems.
  • Good Microsoft Office capability.

Responsibilities

  • Participates in supporting development needs via assessment, solution selection, design, development, implementation, reporting, and continuous improvement and innovation of learning and development solutions.
  • Assists with the alignment of development priorities with the needs of the business/functions.
  • Supports tracking and reporting of activity against assigned projects.
  • Supports cost-benefit and business impact analyses of alternative learning solutions.
  • Supports the design and plan of assigned projects.
  • Writes standard operating procedures that are used for development opportunities.
  • Assists in training and mentoring of document owner and authors.
  • Works to maintain and develop document management system.
