The Learning & Development Specialist plays a critical role in building a high-performing, mission-ready workforce by designing and delivering impactful learning programs across the employee lifecycle in a remote and on-site work environment. This role partners closely with leaders and stakeholders to translate business needs, contract requirements, and compliance obligations into structured, scalable learning solutions. From onboarding to leadership development, this position ensures employees are equipped with the skills, knowledge, and tools needed to perform at their best and support organizational success. This role is primarily remote, but candidates must live in or be able to commute to the Washington, D.C., Maryland, and Virginia (DMV) region as occasional in-office work or events may be required.
