The Learning & Development Specialist plays a key role in building employee competencies through the design, delivery, and continuous enhancement of training programs. This position is responsible for developing engaging learning content, facilitating instructor-led sessions, owning onboarding initiatives, and supporting LMS and learning operations to deliver impactful learning experiences across the organization. This role is central to delivering the company’s new hire onboarding experience, Foundations , including facilitation of the multi-day onboarding program and ongoing improvement of the new hire journey.
