Responsible for serving the training needs of the Credit Union front line service area. Facilitates to Tellers, MSRs, and Contact Center teams via a blended learning approach including instructor-led training and on-site mentoring. Supports all internal training with an emphasis on new hire orientation, branch operations, and experience training. Implements existing policies, procedures, and systems involving service operations and Member Services functions
