Position Description Reporting to the Director, the Learning & Development Specialist supports all aspects of education programs, with responsibilities that include designing, developing, implementing, evaluating, and continuously improving AAAHC training initiatives. The individual in this role collaborates with internal and external subject matter experts (SME) to develop and deliver learning content and programming. This role is integral to advancing our organizational mission and achieving strategic themes to “Measurably drive quality improvement in patient care” and “Invest in our people and strategic relationships” by creating and delivering compelling, relevant learning experiences for AAAHC clients, Surveyors, and Headquarters employees—accelerating compliance with AAAHC Standards and quality practices while enhancing professional skills, increasing productivity, strengthening retention, and fostering innovation and adaptability.
