The Learning &Development (L& D) Specialist will play a key role on a team that strives to ensure Brown University Health can attract, develop and retain the best talent. The L& D Specialist will contribute their ideas to the team’s innovations and will be responsible for supporting the execution of different training programs. Such programs may include new employee and new leader orientations, managerial development, career development, and basic business skills. The L& D Specialist will schedule and coordinate training sessions, facilitate high quality learning experiences in virtual and in-person classrooms, administer and track evaluations of learning, and maintain training documents and records.
