We're looking for an experienced Learning & Development Specialist to join our Learning & Development team. You'll play a key part in ensuring the successful execution of our Learning & Development programs and People initiatives. You'll be responsible for managing learning content development, overseeing project timelines, and maintaining accurate program data to drive informed decision-making. Strong organizational and communication skills will be essential as you lead performance review processes and support various initiatives across the People team. This position requires a detail-oriented and proactive approach to ensure our programs are effective, engaging, and aligned with business goals. This role will report directly to the Senior Manager, Learning & Development.
