About The Position
Orkin's Northeast Division is seeking a full-time Learning & Development Specialist to play a key role in the training of our next generation of leaders. This position will administer and facilitate the Northeast Division's Management Development Program and serve as a key player in our division-wide training initiatives. The primary role of our Learning & Development Specialist is to enhance employee performance, engagement, and organizational success by identifying skill gaps and providing targeted training and development opportunities. This involves creating programs that align with both individual growth and the organization's strategic objectives, fostering a culture of continuous learning and innovation.
