About The Position
The Learning and Development Partner at Independent Health is responsible for the assessment, design, development, and implementation of learning initiatives for associates. This role focuses on compliance training, e-learning, and facilitating both virtual and in-person learning sessions. The partner will also manage the Learning Management System (LMS) and lead the cross-functional learning council to ensure effective training across the organization, while supporting diversity, equity, and inclusion (DEI) efforts and associate engagement initiatives.
