About The Position

The position involves identifying existing learning events to meet organizational needs and developing training content and curriculum structures for various delivery methods including Instructor-Led Training (ILT), e-learning, and On-the-Job Training (OJT). The role requires administering learning event creation and assignment in Cornerstone LMS, as well as managing both internal and external ILT events. Additionally, the position facilitates the development of competency lists associated with job roles to aid in job descriptions, interviewing criteria, performance appraisals, and competency assessments. The individual will also associate learning events with job competencies to facilitate development plans and manage the execution of these plans and assigned training. The role includes administering the tuition reimbursement program and managing processes to utilize available state and federal grant funds to offset training costs. Furthermore, the position involves identifying strategic learning needs for the organization and maintaining and communicating appropriate Key Performance Indicators (KPIs).

Requirements

  • 4-year degree or equivalent experience

Responsibilities

  • Identify existing learning events to meet organizational needs.
  • Develop training content and curriculum structure for ILT, e-learning, and OJT delivery methods.
  • Administer learning event creation and assignment in Cornerstone LMS.
  • Administer internal and external ILT events.
  • Facilitate the development of competency lists associated with positions for job descriptions, interviewing criteria, performance appraisal, and competency assessment.
  • Associate learning events with job competency to facilitate development plans.
  • Manage the execution of development plans and assigned training.
  • Facilitate delivery of ILT and mixed mode learning events.
  • Administer the tuition reimbursement program.
  • Manage the process to utilize WEDnet and other state and federal grant funds for training costs.
  • Facilitate the identification of strategic learning needs for the organization.
  • Maintain and communicate appropriate KPIs.
