The Learning & Development Manager plays a key role in both leading project management and execution across the Learning & Development function and designing, facilitating, and managing impactful learning programs. This role owns the end-to-end program development lifecycle from needs analysis and program design through implementation, measurement, and continuous improvement. The ideal candidate is a strategic and organized learning professional who excels at project management, stakeholder collaboration, and translating business needs into scalable learning solutions. This individual will oversee the planning and execution of enterprise learning programs, partnering with subject matter experts, leaders, and the Learning and Development team to deliver high-impact development experiences across multiple modalities.
