Union Square Hospitality Group (USHG) is searching for a dynamic, creative, and results-oriented Learning & Development Manager who can help implement training content to further the development of our teams. Reporting directly to the Director of Training, this role will identify training needs, design, and implement training programs, evaluate their effectiveness, and continuously improve the training process. The Learning & Development Manager is a critical role in maintaining the culture of Enlightened Hospitality by working closely with our team to standardize systems and implementation across Union Square Hospitality Group. The ideal candidate will be flexible and possess a wide range of skills and knowledge for both content creation and leading both technical training and leadership development. This individual should be an inspiration and possess a contagious enthusiasm for investing in people that will help build our leadership bench and fuel our future growth while strengthening our culture.
