The Learning & Development (L&D) Manager will be responsible for designing, developing, implementing, maintaining, and managing the L&D initiatives for NCSBN under the broad oversight and leadership of the Chief Human Resources Officer. The person selected for this role will be passionate about creating a culture of continuous learning and growth, with a strong focus on enhancing employee skills, competencies, and performance. They will implement and manage comprehensive, high-quality training programs, develop project plans, and execute training against plans and timelines. This includes developing or participating in the design of programs to enhance organizational effectiveness, culture, and employee engagement through learning interventions.
