Nestlé+, encompassing six Nestlé Operating Companies in the U.S., is seeking a Learning and Development Manager to join our U.S. Learning and Development team. We're looking for a strategic, future-focused digital learning leader with a holistic mindset and a passion for innovation. In this role, you will lead the design and execution of enterprise-wide learning solutions that drive digital fluency and build critical capabilities across the organization. You'll bring deep expertise in learning and development, with a strong foundation in instructional design, solution development, and scalable implementation. You will shape and deliver a learning-led digital strategy informed by business needs, industry best practices, and close collaboration with stakeholders across Digital, IT, and business functions. The ideal candidate is a learning strategist who can translate digital capability into impactful, learner-centered experiences.

Requirements

  • BS/BA in Business Administration, Human Resources, training and development, organization development, or a related field required.
  • MS/MA/MBA is preferred.
  • 5+ years in Learning and Development with emphasis on building enterprise capability.
  • Working knowledge of digital transformation trends and tools.
  • Strong instructional design skills.
  • Exceptional collaboration and communication skills.
  • Proficiency with learning platforms and tools.

Responsibilities

  • Lead the development and delivery of a comprehensive digital fluency learning strategy.
  • Create and maintain an annual roadmap for digital learning solutions.
  • Contribute to enterprise discussions around digital competencies and development strategies.
  • Stay current with learning and technology trends.
  • Assess and analyze digital learning needs by collaborating with business leaders and stakeholders.
  • Partner with key stakeholder groups to assess, prioritize, and deliver learning solutions.
  • Engage with leadership teams on digital enablement initiatives.
  • Act as a key communication link between the L&D function and internal stakeholders.
  • Provide strategic facilitation and consulting to HR and business leaders.
  • Design and deploy enterprise-scale learning programs.
  • Collaborate with instructional designers to create high-impact digital learning content.
  • Facilitate learning sessions and focus groups to gather learner insights.
  • Ensure all digital learning offerings are integrated into enterprise systems.
  • Evaluate and measure the impact of digital learning programs.
  • Manage digital learning projects from strategy through implementation.
