We are seeking a Learning & Development (L&D) Generalist to support enterprise learning initiatives with a strong focus on program development, instructional design, and leadership/soft skills training. This role will partner closely with the Talent & Leadership Development team to design, enhance, and deliver impactful learning programs for employees and emerging leaders. The ideal candidate is a hands-on L&D professional who can translate learning needs into structured programs, create engaging training content, and support execution through LMS administration and cross-functional collaboration.
