About The Position

Benco Dental is seeking a detail orientated, highly motivated, and talented Learning & Development Intern for the Spring 2026 semester who is interested in understanding and experiencing Learning & Development instructional design in a very busy HR Department supporting company wide training. At Benco Dental our company is our family and we are looking for a new addition to assist us in Driving Dentistry Forward.

Requirements

• Enrolled at time of internship as an undergraduate or graduate student at an accredited college or university, preferably Instructional Technology majors
• Ability to work up to 16 hours per week
• A preferred minimum GPA of 3.2
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite (Outlook, Word, PowerPoint, Excel)
• Articulate Suite a plus

Responsibilities

• Perform a combination of project-based and learning center administrative functions
• Assist with the creation of training modules
• Edit and update existing training modules
• Create post-training exercises
• Troubleshoot course activity in the Learning Center LMS
• Assist with project implementation of a key learning system
• Effectively communicate changes in company policies and procedures via learning guides
• Track grades in the Learning Center LMS
• Assist team members and staff
