The Learning & Development Training Facilitator is responsible for the effective delivery of training programs to deposit-related staff across the organization. In close partnership with the Learning & Development team, this role facilitates training using pre-developed, and co-developed content, while providing feedback to enhance clarity, usability, and overall learner experience. The specialist ensures a consistent, high-quality training environment that aligns with and reinforces the bank’s brand, culture, vision, mission, values, and established frameworks.
