The Learning & Development Consultant is responsible for partnering with business leaders and HR to assess needs, develop learning strategies, and implement initiatives that align with organizational goals. You'll play a key role in fostering a high-performance culture through scalable, inclusive, and forward-thinking development solutions.

  • Consult with leaders and stakeholders to identify learning needs and skill gaps.
  • Design and deliver tailored learning solutions (classroom, virtual, e-Learning and blended).
  • Facilitate workshops, leadership development programs and team-building sessions.
  • Develop competency models, career paths and learning road maps.
  • Evaluate program effectiveness using metrics, surveys, and analytics to improve impact.
  • Support change management and onboarding initiatives across departments.
  • Stay current on learning trends, tools and technologies to innovate solutions.
  • Partner with external vendors and manage L&D budgets as needed.
  • Support implementation and optimization of Learning Management Systems (LMS).
  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Human Resources, Education, Organizational Development, Psychology or related field.
  • Three (3) to Seven (7) or more years of experience in L&D, talent development or instructional design.
  • Proven experience in designing and delivering learning programs for various levels of employees.
  • Proficient computer skills (MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
  • Excellent oral, written, and customer service-oriented communication skills.
  • Excellent and demonstrated critical thinking ability.
  • Excellent organizational skills with the ability to respond to and coordinate multiple activities simultaneously under short time frames.
  • Customer service-oriented when working with internal and external customers.
  • Strong facilitation, coaching and consulting skills.
  • Familiarity with adult learning principles and instructional design models (ADDIE, SAM, etc.)
  • Certification(s) such as CPTM, ATD, SHRM or similar are a plus.
  • Remote work from a home-based office.
  • Approximately 25% travel required.
