NextEra Energy is seeking a creative and dynamic Learning and Development Consultant to join our team. This individual will be responsible for developing and managing engaging content across learning and video platforms that promote our learning and development initiatives. The ideal candidate is passionate about education, skilled in multiple communications channels and adept at creating content that resonates with a diverse audience.

Develop and implement a learning content strategy to promote NextEra Energy's learning and development programs.
Create, curate, and publish engaging content, including graphics, videos, infographics, and written posts, to internal learning platforms.
Collaborate with the Learning and Development team to understand program offerings and translate them into compelling content.
Monitor and analyze performance metrics to measure the effectiveness of content and strategies, making data-driven decisions to optimize engagement.
Stay up-to-date with learning content trends, tools, and best practices to ensure the delivery methods are innovative and effective.
Engage with employees, respond to comments and messages, and foster a sense of community around the brand's learning and development initiatives.
Work with internal stakeholders to schedule and promote webinars, training sessions, and other learning events.
Develop and maintain a content calendar to ensure consistent and timely posts.
Ensure all content aligns with the company's brand, voice, and messaging guidelines.
Facilitate content and classes as needed.

Bachelor's degree in Education, or a related field.
Excellent writing, editing, and communication skills.
Strong understanding of analytics and metrics to measure content performance.
Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
Creative mindset with the ability to generate new ideas and approaches to learning and development content.
Experience in the learning and development field is a plus.

Master's Degree.
