About The Position
The Provider Education team develops and delivers training and education to ensure an informed and engaged provider network willing and capable of delivering a consistent high quality member experience. The Learning Developer, Consultant is a senior Instructional Design position reporting to the Senior Program Manager, Provider Education. In this role, you will partner with business and functional subject matter experts (SMEs) to develop and launch training for Blue Shield of California’s (BSC) contracted providers using a variety of delivery methods including eLearning, video, downloadable job aids, and live webinars.
