About The Position

The Learning Design Specialist is responsible for designing, developing, and implementing engaging and effective learning experiences, including instructor-led training, e-learning, and virtual training programs. This role involves collaborating with subject matter experts to determine instructional design needs and develop course content and assessments. The specialist will create and maintain project timelines, ensuring that project deliverables are completed on time and within budget. Additionally, the role requires ensuring that instructional materials comply with company standards and best practices, as well as continuously evaluating and improving the learning experience to increase student engagement and achievement.

Requirements

  • Master's degree in Instructional Design or a related field.
  • At least 3 years of experience in instructional design and e-learning development.
  • Experience designing and developing virtual and hybrid learning experiences.
  • Proficiency in e-learning authoring tools such as Articulate Storyline, Adobe Captivate, and Camtasia.
  • Experience with video editing and production.
  • Experience with Learning Management Systems (LMS).
  • Familiarity with SCORM and Tin Can API standards.
  • Bachelor's degree in Instructional Design, Education, or a related field.
  • Excellent project management skills and attention to detail.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
