About The Position

Our PeopleDev team works hard to ensure every Googler has access to the resources they need to become their best personal and professional selves. We leverage tools, technology, and innovative formats to scale learning and support Googlers at all stages of their careers — from Noogler Orientation, to manager training, to leadership development, and more. We have four key beliefs about learning — that it is personal, social, a process, and happens in real life — and we infuse these beliefs throughout the wide array of learning and development opportunities at Google. As a PeopleDev team member, you'll always be thinking about new ways to help others grow, and you have a passion for empowering Googlers to unlock their full potential. The Mastery team develops and delivers product and skills training to Google's General Business Operations (GBO) team, including business, gTech, Go-To-Market, Global Partnerships, and external client and agency partners. We use our knowledge of learning best practices and Google's business priorities to build effective learning experiences for our key audiences. Our team is made up of passionate learning professionals, business and marketing leaders, former consultants and analysts who launch and iterate learning programs while balancing key pillars of knowledge, skill and disciplined practice to help our audiences grow in a world of increasing complexity. The Go-to-Market Operations (GtM) team ensures Google's complex and ever-evolving Ads business runs smoothly. We are instrumental in setting go-to-market strategy, and ensuring flawless execution and operations against the strategy. We have teams embedded in each of the major Ads business areas as well as global teams that work across the business areas. Team members are analytical and strategic, with a pragmatic sense of how to get things done.
