About The Position
The Learning Design and Innovation Coach will assist the innovation leaders with planning and implementing different types of consulting, training, and coaching for Arkansas K-12 schools. This person will be responsible for planning and execution, critical thinking, problem solving, and effective decision making processes. The person selected for this position will work closely with the team to assist in facilitating the design and implementation of student-focused learning systems. This position is a one-year appointment, renewable based on the need for the position, availability of funding, and continued satisfactory level of performance in the role. Regular, reliable, and non-disruptive attendance is an essential job duty, as is the ability to create and maintain collegial, harmonious working relationships with others.
