We're looking for a team-oriented Learning Delivery/Senior Project Manager to work within our world-class team. The Learning Delivery Manager manages the delivery of learning and capability programs for our clients. With fantastic project management skills, you'll ensure that quality programs are delivered to schedule and on budget, while maintaining positive internal and client relationships. Reporting to a Learning Delivery Director, you will be responsible for a variety of clients, working with the Inizio Engage XD Client Engagement team to spot and realize opportunities for growth. Your core program delivery role will see you partnering with a variety of team members across Nazaré and Inizio – from learning capability writers, life science writers, trainers, consultants, digital designers and more! You will be the daily contact for clients, providing exceptional service, thinking one step ahead, ensuring portfolios of programs meet client goals and set the Nazaré team up for success. We support hybrid work, however we are looking for candidates in and around the Philadelphia area.
