Collaborating closely with Learning Experience Designers and project teams, you will define learning objectives and timelines to deliver engaging, high-quality content. Requirements

• 4 years' experience synthesizing content into performance support materials (knowledge articles, job aids, etc.).
• 4 years' experience developing assets for live, in-person or virtual learning.
• 4 years' experience creating e-learning assets using Articulate Rise and Storyline.
• Portfolio or work samples demonstrating recent relevant work.

Responsibilities

• Partner with Learning Experience Designer(s) and project teams to update existing content & courses or build new learning materials.
• Develop content for asynchronous learning (eLearning, job aids, videos, etc.).
• Create materials for in-person or virtual events (decks, handouts, etc.).
• Review materials with peers & project team members and incorporate feedback.
• Manage asset production to ensure timely delivery of tasks.
