IBM's Automation Learning organization is seeking content developers in the Application Development & Runtime space who have experience developing sales enablement and/or technical training and are passionate about technology and skills development to join our team as a Learning Content Developer. The Automation Learning organization is building programs through which we will share IBM's wealth of resources in these fields with organizations and academic institutions around the world, and we are looking for professionals who are thrilled about information development. Join us to help IBM significantly impact the growth of these skills in the market, and to deepen your own technology skills. You will be responsible for building/updating learning offerings focused on IBM Automation products, best practices, working with other Learning Content Developers, and other IBM subject matter experts. Candidates for this position would benefit from having knowledge of or experience with some of our specific technology offerings in areas such as IBM WebSphere Application Server, IBM Cloud Pak for Application, IBM Engineering Lifecycle Management, and Application Runtimes. In addition, you will have a growth mindset with a passion as a continuous learner, to grow the breadth of the development skills, and deepen the knowledge of the products you develop training for. You will focus on creating effective training that will bring value to our clients through a positive learning experience with IBM products. You will develop learning assets including hands-on lab exercises and the lab environments that will be used to showcase our technology leadership and to teach to learn how to leverage IBM technologies.
