Perform all office duties needed to meet the needs of our Learning Center guests including making lesson reservations in-person, over the phone and online. Answer any guest questions regarding Learning Center operations, hours and rates. Must have excellent customer service skills and be able to problem solve in a fast-paced customer focused environment. Pleasant outgoing personality Comfortable with computer and phone work Ability to learn the different computer programs needed to do the job This seasonal position runs from December through mid-March concurrent with our ski season operations.
