The Learning Center Program Assistant supports the academic success of middle school students by coordinating and supervising assessments across campus and ensuring that approved accommodations are implemented with fidelity. In addition to proctoring responsibilities, the Program Associate supports the Learning Center through small group instruction, occasional classroom support in upper elementary grades, and administrative tasks that support student services. This role requires strong organization, flexibility, and proactive communication to coordinate testing logistics while building positive relationships with students, teachers, and staff across campus. As with any employee at Mayfield Junior School, there is an expectation that this person will be open to peer feedback, creative discussion, and child-centered in their approach.
