About The Position

As part of our ordnance systems team, you will be working alongside some of the industry's top talent on the forefront of energetics technology. We are currently seeking a thoughtful, collaborative Learning Business Partner to support the Training Team's mission of delivering impactful learning solutions aligned to business needs. This role serves as an internal consultant to departments across the organization, partnering with stakeholders to identify learning opportunities through focused discovery and analysis. As part of the front-end of the ADDIE model, the Learning Business Partner conducts interviews, reviews available resources, and helps determine if a training solution is the right fit. You won't be the main point of contact for incoming requests, but you'll play a key role in guiding stakeholders through what the P&S Training Team offers and shaping the path forward. Occasionally, you may be involved in developing or facilitating content, but your primary focus is identifying the right learning approach and ensuring that each request is scoped effectively. You'll also support project management throughout the training lifecycle, including tracking milestones, coordinating SME input, and ensuring clear handoffs. This is a role for someone who listens well, asks great questions, and thrives in a team that's committed to continuous improvement, learning design excellence, and practical outcomes.
